Debunk myths about the splits, explore the reality of this shape within an adult body by diving into the anatomy of the hips, pelvis, and spine, supporting you to train in a way that supports your unique structure.

Join professional burlesque performer and dancer Juniper Fox as she shares her passion for nervous system regulation, movement anatomy, and injury prevention, helping you optimise performance while truly caring for and honouring your body.
With a degree in Clinical Myotherapy and a background as a movement rehab coach specialising in dance and circus strength and conditioning, Juniper brings over 12 years of experience teaching across health, fitness, anatomy, physiology, Pilates, and yoga. Her deep understanding of both performance and clinical settings allows her to support movers and athletes at every stage of their journey.

Who can book?
This is a multi level educational and training centric workshop aimed at anyone on their split journey. This means dancers at the start of learning right through to those in their full split looking for active flexibility and enhancing range and control.
Injuries are okay in fact encouraged. Juniper is qualified to support and educate. However it is a must that participants are okay to be on their knees, get up and off from the ground.
What to bring:
2 towels or blankets
Yoga strap
Any ‘thero’ fitness bands you own (Juniper will provide limited amount)
Socks & comfy stretchy clothing
Tennis ball / lacrosse ball / massage ball (Juniper can provide limited amount)
Yoga mat
Notebook & pen
