This Good Friday public holiday, come and meet our insta-famous studio cats Sailor and Lula - and get in a Mat Pilates workout while you are at it! Mat Pilates is a floor-based exercise routine that uses a mat for support, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, breathwork and posture through controlled, mindful movements.
Feather Fan Making & Maintenance ‘Crafternoon’

Learn how to play with dynamics and confidence while delivering a lap dance.
Calvin will go into detail on lap dance etiquette when delivering a masculine style performance before delivering choreography suitable for a private lap dance.
