A Solo Showcase Special
This coming August -
We're turning the Solo Showcase on its head!
Have you debuted at one of our Cherry Poppers Showcase: Solo Editions? Considering where you are in your performance journey now, how would you like the chance to revive your debut act?
Instead of our usual focus on showcasing debut performances, our Rewind & Re-Vamp special event will showcase the performers who began their journey at our Solo Showcase and showing how far they have come since then!
Date: Sunday August 17, 2025
Venue: Howler, 7-11 Dawson St, Brunswick VIC
To be eligible for this show, performers must:
Have debuted their first burlesque solo at a Maison Burlesque Showcase (either at a Solo Showcase, or even from back when we also had solos at our group Showcase).
Have performed solo multiple times since then.
Be willing to bring back and re-vamp the act they performed (if you’ve debuted an act at more than one Solo Showcase, you can choose which act! Otherwise, you would be bringing back your debut act.)
What you get:
This event is unpaid, however performers will receive:
A $100 Maison Burlesque gift voucher,
1 hour free rehearsal hire (pending availability),
Photography and videography of their act.
Performers will also have access to reduced rate private mentorship with Whisky Falls and Poppy Cherry in the leadup to the event should they wish to have some guidance with their act.
