All Yoga and Pilates classes in Term 4 are open level, making them perfect for complete beginners through to those with experience looking to deepen their practice.

To celebrate this addition, all Yoga and Pilates classes throughout Term 4 are at a special introductory rate of just $12 a class.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Duration: 8 Week Term
Class Level: Open Level

Come home to your body as we breathe, move and explore traditional hatha yoga practices through a modern, accessible lens. 

Classes include breathwork (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), flowing sequences, and simple energy practices to build strength, balance, flexibility and mental clarity. 

Suitable for all experience levels from those new to yoga through to more experienced students, with options offered throughout.

All you need is yourself and your mat. All other props supplied.

Don't have a mat? Contact us as we have only a limited number of studio mats available - this will need to be arranged prior to class start.

Mat Pilates

Duration: 8 Week Term
Class Level: Open Level

Build strength, control and body awareness through a floor-based Pilates class using controlled, mindful movement.

Mat Pilates supports core strength, posture, flexibility, breath awareness and stability, with a focus on developing strong, functional movement for everyday life, dance and performance.

Classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels, with options offered throughout. Most exercises use bodyweight, though some classes may include small props such as resistance bands or balls.

Please note:
Modifications can be offered to support different experience levels and minor injuries. However, if you have had recent surgery, a major injury, are pregnant, or have recently given birth, you must have medical clearance before joining this class. If you are unsure whether this class is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.

Students must be able to get on and off the floor.

Slow Flow into Yin Yoga

Duration: 8 Week Term
Class Level: Open Level

Come home to your body as we breathe, move and gradually soften into stillness.

This class begins with slow, mindful flow movement to build warmth, before moving into longer-held yin yoga postures with props as support.

Expect breathwork, gentle flowing sequences, floor-based poses and simple awareness practices to support flexibility and nervous system regulation.

Suitable for all experience levels from those new to yoga through to more experienced students, with options offered throughout.
